Hardly Strictly Norm Woods Special Stonefly Pattern

In this video, Greg ties a pattern that was inspired by the Norm Woods Special fly pattern. Originally using rabbit fur because he didn't have Norm Wood colored calftail, Greg tied a fly he used both in Oregon and California with outstanding success. Tie them in different colors and get creative with rubber-legs and other possibilities. Or keep them simple.
