Aces & Eights Lichtenberg Rifle Build with Iron Will - The Division 2

Testing some of the best division 2 builds and share my favorite builds with you, mostly solo builds. I had previously created a rifle build using Aces & Eights and Iron Will, but I reworked it while the Red Moon Unleashed event is still ongoing to test out both Lichtenberg and the rifle buffs. Since Iron Will makes headshots easier, it allows Lichtenberg to build stacks faster. I supported the rifle's talent with Vigilance since it deals increased damage. I chose to use a Shield to prevent Vigilance from being interrupted frequently, but Decoy works well too.
