2026 Topps Flagship Football Budget Battle Part 5 | Hangers vs Resurgence

Part 5 of our 2026 Topps Flagship Football Budget Battle puts another $30 matchup to the test. On one side, we have two 2026 Topps Flagship Football hangers at $15 each, giving us 118 cards total. On the other side, one 2025 Topps Resurgence Football blaster for $30, with only 32 cards but the Chrome-style look, inserts, parallels, and better hit potential. This one ended up being VERY close. No autos. No relics. No monster pulls. We did find a few nice inserts, a handful of Eagles, a couple Fernando Mendoza 1991-style rookie inserts, and at least one numbered rookie to /399. Not a huge name, but we will absolutely take something numbered in a retail rip. In the end, we gave the slight edge to Resurgence. The hangers gave us way more cards, but the Resurgence box was just a little more interesting overall. Would you rather spend your $30 on 118 Flagship cards or 32 Resurgence cards?
