In this video I walk you through the process of diagnosing a fueling issue on your N54 powered BMW. I am specifically trying to track down the cause of a hesitation between 2000 and 4000 rpm. I suspected the low pressure fuel sensor and use MHD flasher to data log and confirm. I also summarize other common fueling issues to expect on your N54 powered BMW. This is part 1, in part 2 I will change the low pressure fuel sensor to see if it helps. There will a part 3 where I also change the low pressure fuel pump for maintenance or good measure.
