Follow Misaki through her first month in a new town — 30 slow, natural Japanese conversations in about 59 minutes, made for N5-N4 learners.
Misaki moves from Sendai to Yokohama for a new job. On moving day, her kind neighbor Kenta carries her suitcase upstairs — and on her first day at work, she finds out he sits at the next desk. Together they handle gas setup, a ward-office move-in form, a first packed train, a typhoon, a towed bicycle, and slowly turn a strange city into home. The language moves naturally from polite です・ます to relaxed casual Japanese as they become friends.
