Starting Project Pan 2026 | Sustainability, Saving Money & Mindful Consumption

Starting project pan: This is episode 1 of my project pan series, where I try to use up what I already have before buying anything new. I’m not trying to become a minimalist. I just want to be more mindful about what I buy, actually use the things I already own, and give myself a little reality check (it turned into a near mental breakdown, you’ll see). In this video I take stock of everything, share my first thoughts and doubts about starting a project pan, set my ground rules and make a game plan for the months ahead.
