Nigerian Army Speaks on Establishment of University

The Nigerian Army has approved the immediate take off of Nigerian Army War College in Abuja and a university in Borno State. The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai announced this at the opening of the 2017 first quarter conference in Maiduguri, Borno State.
