Lakers vs Celtics 1989: The Epic Adlib Sound You've Never Heard! Prepare for an epic trip back in time. We are heading back to 1989 with the classic Lakers versus Celtics and the NBA Playoffs by EA. Forget the PC Speaker beep, today the soundtrack is powered by the legendary Adlib sound card. Follow this historic match where the Utah Jazz simply dominated the court against Larry Bird's Celtics. • 🎮 MY GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE: I played with Adlib audio support for the first time, the predecessor to the famous Creative Labs cards. It was an incredible surprise to move from static PC speaker beeps to a real soundtrack. Just run the executable in DOS with the ADLIB tag and the game comes to life. The result? A massive 110-81 Jazz blowout! Even Larry Bird couldn't stop this rhythm. • 📜 MY HISTORY WITH THE GAME: This game holds a lot of history for me, back when I ran it from a floppy disk on a green CGA screen. It was magical to see stars like Magic Johnson in action on my computer screen. I spent endless nights chasing the title, and today, with colors and sound, I am reliving this epic moment. • 📌 VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS: • Jazz 110-81 Celtics: A basketball masterclass • Total domination by the Utah Jazz Subscribe for more DOS relics and sports classics.
