24 Reminders - A New Sound

In January, I did something. I took a horrible rough draft of my song and put it into mixpad and tried a rough edit of what I thought the song could be. In that same January, I took myself to a location I booked, set up a camera, a laptop, a tripod, a clothing change station, and a makeup station. I had a double eye infection... But I also had a really big dream- "I'm releasing my first song in 2026!" So I got to work: I did my makeup, played my ghetto mix, recorded, framed, changed outfits, adjusted positions, fixed lighting, added props, directed. And then I went home and did post production (editing). I posted the video on February 1, 2026 for my birthday, but even more than that, for accountability. This was going to be that challenging project that I start, AND FINISH! Here we are, September 21, 2026 and I'm weeks away from the official release of the non-ghetto, actually professional, heart and spirit, Heaven-inspired version of this song!
