I am Atoshini Yepthomi, a Stage 4 Colon Cancer Survivor from Sumi Tribe Nagaland, Northeast India, now living in Toronto, Canada. In 2021, during a routine health check-up through a FIT test, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 colon cancer. At the time, I was asymptomatic and in good health. During a subsequent colonoscopy, five polyps were removed, one (less than 6 mm) of which was cancerous. It was successfully removed, and no further treatment was required. Despite this initial success, a follow-up scan revealed that the cancer had returned and progressed to Stage 4 (Spread to my Liver and right lung). I underwent two surgeries and twelve rounds of intensive chemotherapy over six months. Throughout this journey, I have been profoundly sustained by the grace of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. By His mercy, I am now cancer-free. I share my story to raise awareness about cancer and to encourage those facing similar challenges. The road was filled with fear and uncertainty, yet God’s presence was my constant strength. Faith does not mean the absence of trials, but the assurance that God walks with us through every storm. Life has brought its share of challenges, including anxieties and moments of loneliness, yet music and singing hymns have given me strength, peace, and hope. On this channel, I share Christian songs and heartfelt music that celebrate faith, love, and the power of prayer. My goal is to inspire, encourage, and uplift everyone who listens around the world. Today, I stand as a living witness of God’s healing power, and my journey testifies to Luke 1:37 — “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Amen.
