Naia Island: What Is Dubai's Naia Island, Where Billionaire Lakshmi Mittal Is Reportedly Moving | UK Naia Island is Dubai’s newest ultra-luxury private island development, crafted exclusively for global billionaires and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Developed by Shamal Holding, the visionary behind some of Dubai’s most iconic luxury projects, Naia Island isn’t just another premium address—it’s a hyper-private coastal sanctuary for those who value privacy, security, and world-class hospitality. Features Of Naia Island Exclusivity is at the heart of Naia Island. Each villa boasts private beachfronts with direct beach access, a rare feature even in Dubai’s high-end market. The low-rise architecture ensures open coastal views and maximum privacy, while a dedicated private marina allows discreet arrivals and departures by yacht. At the island’s core will be the region’s first Cheval Blanc Maison, offering ultra-luxury suites, bespoke hospitality, wellness and spa experiences, fine dining, and personalized concierge services—cementing Naia Island as a destination of unparalleled prestige. Slug: Naia Island combines privacy, luxury, and exclusivity Why Billionaires Want To Relocate Here Mittal’s move comes at a critical time. The UK’s upcoming tax reforms—including a 20% exit tax, a potential mansion tax, the abolition of the non-domicile regime, and steep inheritance taxes—have triggered what experts call a looming billionaire exodus. In contrast, the UAE offers a compelling alternative: zero inheritance tax, clear regulations on global assets, attractive residency benefits, a transparent tax system, and a luxury lifestyle coupled with top-tier security. For billionaires like Lakshmi Mittal, relocating isn’t just about prestige—it’s also about enjoying comfort, convenience, and exclusivity while safeguarding their wealth. #naiaisland #laxmimiital #dubai #news #latestnews Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more breaking news and updates!
