if you dont wanna watch the full video, you get to level 5 go to the heart symbol on the mini map fight your partner until they are at 30 health then you name your partner then get both you and your partner to level 10 and then sleep in your den, play as your partner then get the pregnancy bar to 100% then sleep in your den again and name your baby and you can play as her/him in multiplayer (den is the house symbol on the mini map and you can only do it in single player)
