Have you ever felt like you weren't good enough for the very thing you felt called to do? Have you ever questioned your abilities, compared yourself to others, or held yourself back because you were afraid of being exposed as someone who doesn't know enough?
Well… I've been there, too.
After being missing in action for a while, I'm back with an honest conversation about imposter syndrome, the self-doubt that makes us question our abilities, downplay our progress, and sometimes stop showing up altogether.
In this episode of Diaries of a Novice Podcast, I share some of my personal struggles with self-doubt, inconsistency, and the pressure of feeling like I should be further along than I am. We'll also explore what it means to keep showing up when you don't feel ready and to trust God even when you feel inadequate.
Think about Moses. He had concerns about his ability to speak, yet God still called him to lead. His story reminds us that our perceived limitations do not automatically disqualify us from what God has called us to do.
Maybe the goal isn't to become completely confident before we begin. Maybe it's to learn to obey, take the next step, and grow along the way.
If you've been holding back because you feel unqualified, this conversation is for you. ❤️
*Let's talk about it!* Have you ever struggled with imposter syndrome? What has helped you keep showing up even when self-doubt creeps in? Share your experience in the comments.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Don't give up. Rise up. And remember, you don't have to have it all figured out to take the next step.
Welcome back to *Diaries of a Novice Podcast*, where we continue learning, growing, and walking with God, one lesson at a time.
