(FINAL RETAKE) Mystery Grooving Concrete Section ASMR - I-90 - Mentor, Ohio

(5/18/26) This is the final retake of the I-90 Mentor, OH section. As you can see, its in bad shape caused by ODOT's stupid asphalt patches instead of using concrete. Why cant they maintain well like the U.S. 22 Bloomingdale, U.S. 30 Upper Sandusky and Beaverdam section??
