Tall KONE elevator - arctura skybar in Östersund, Sweden

There arent many tall buildings in Östersund but this one draws some attention. According to official information, the restaurant is located 55 meters above ground. Might be taller than Fagerbacken 28 (which I didnt visit). During the summer this plae was just open from mondays to fridays 11 o clock (AM) to 14 (2 PM). Very limited for such an impressive location.
