AD Mitchell (#15), New York Jets: selected routes from 2026 Week 1 at Tennessee and Week 2 vs Green Bay, presented by Barry's AI Lab. We open with a deep route that carries coverage and creates space underneath, then show 10 selected routes with estimated separation of at least 2.5 yards. Four featured plays lead the separation section, followed by the 'look at that' insert and six more routes. First angle only, with pre-snap identification and animated measuring-tape freezes. The tape measures estimated field-plane distance to the nearest defender after the route develops; initial pre-snap cushion is excluded. On throws to another receiver, the measurement window ends at quarterback release. These are film-based estimates, not player-tracking data. General separation benchmarks are context, not a claim that peak-route and catch-point measurements are interchangeable. The deep-coverage interpretation does not establish the called defensive assignment. Counters cover only the 10 separation plays: 5 targets, 3 receptions, 61 receiving yards, 0 TD, 2 first downs. The opening deep-route example is separate. Reviewed subset, not a certified exhaustive count. Four uncertain separation candidates omitted: W1 Q2 0:45 - receiver identity unresolved W2 Q1 3:32 - receiver identity / release cutoff unresolved W2 Q3 14:07 - receiver identity unresolved W2 Q3 0:08 - receiver identity / release cutoff unresolved Additional plays were removed during editorial review. W2 Q1 10:48 uses the corrected nearest-defender estimate of approximately 4.2 yards. 00:00 Taking the Top Off 00:29 Separation Benchmarks 00:45 Method and Selection 00:54 W2 Q2 3:16 01:13 W1 Q3 11:14 01:32 W2 Q4 2:48 01:58 W2 Q2 3:23 02:22 Look at That 02:39 More Separation Routes 04:32 Review Notes Join the Jets discussion: https://forums.jetnation.com/ Barry on X: https://x.com/JetNationBarry
