But a romance without tragedy... is simply no romance at all. [Verse 1] I roll along the surface in a chair of silver steel Hiding Neptune's royal blood beneath a calm appeal They think I want a fairy tale where everyone is glad But my heart beats for the sorrow, I just want to be so sad so beautifully sad [Pre-Chorus] Oh, let my fins split into legs, a lovely agony! A side-girl in a doomed romance is what I long to be The Little Mermaid knew the truth of unrequited grace I want to drown in tears while looking at your face! [Chorus] Turn me to foam! A beautiful tragedy, a love that cannot be! Oh, Beloved, let me sink to the bottom of the sea! The Murdermaid they call me, dragging you below the tide But I just want a broken heart, with nowhere left to hide! Yes, break my heart and watch me drown! [Verse 2] At the Kurusu house, I watch you with the snake and bird I'll be the tragic heroine who never says a word But if you start to fade away, I'll pull you in the deep A CPR kiss of life, a secret I will keep Just you and me in the dark [Bridge] Forget the wheelchair, watch me dive! Fifty kilometers an hour, I have never felt so alive! I am the Princess of the sea, but royalty is a bore Give me a masochistic love, and leave me on the shore! [Chorus] Turn me to foam! A beautiful tragedy, a love that cannot be! Oh, Beloved, let me sink to the bottom of the sea! The Murdermaid they call me, dragging you below the tide But I just want a broken heart, with nowhere left to hide! [Outro] Salads are quite healthy... just like a broken heart. goodbye [End] ⚠️ Disclaimer: This is an unofficial fan creation made out of love for the series.
