STEEL & SONS + Negotiator’s Dilemma + SARRU | Solo Heroic Build | Division 2 | 2026

I finally got STEEL & SONS during the Red Moon Marauder event in The Division 2 After chasing this weapon for quite a while, it eventually dropped — so if you are still trying to get yours, keep going For this video I wanted to build something different around Steel & Sons rather than copy one of the usual setups I tested this combination through Jefferson Trade Center on SOLO HEROIC and it worked extremely well FULL BUILD Primary Weapon Steel & Sons Mask Negotiator’s Dilemma Backpack Sarru Exotic Chest Equalizer — Perfect Obliterate Gloves Negotiator’s Dilemma Holster Negotiator’s Dilemma Kneepads Negotiator’s Dilemma Specialization Sharpshooter Skills Decoy Reviver Hive ATTRIBUTE FOCUS Critical Hit Chance Critical Hit Damage 0:00 Intro 0:55 Build 1:29 Gameplay 3:59 Destroy Weakpoints 4:17 Gameplay 6:22 Build Recap HOW THE BUILD WORKS Steel & Sons rewards deliberate target focus Build the weapon’s stacks with body shots and then finish the sequence with a headshot Negotiator’s Dilemma gives the build a completely different dimension because critical hits can mark multiple enemies and spread damage between those marked targets That means I can establish Negotiator marks, focus Steel & Sons on one enemy, and still damage other enemies at the same time Equalizer adds Perfect Obliterate, giving us another damage source as the critical hits build Then Sarru creates a particularly strong damage window through its Full Moon phase Deploying the Decoy during Full Moon lets me take advantage of that amplified damage while enemies are distracted The basic playstyle is Mark multiple enemies Focus one target Build the Steel & Sons body-shot stacks Finish with the headshot Use the Decoy when Sarru reaches Full Moon This was tested through a full Solo Heroic Jefferson Trade Center run rather than only in the shooting range I would not claim this is the strongest Steel & Sons build possible But it is different, fun to play, and it performed extremely well for me on Heroic And if Steel & Sons still has not dropped for you, keep trying Mine took time too, but eventually it appeared Let me know in the comments what build you are using with Steel & Sons #TheDivision2 #SteelAndSons #Division2Builds #NegotiatorsDilemma #SoloHeroic
