Walking the festive Downtown Portland, Maine from Post Office Park to Museum - Live Street Music

Cloudy cool day in the middle of October. Lots of people out on the streets and a nice Violin and Drum duo adding a lot to the scene. I walk from Post Office Park around the Downtown area and then up to the Portland Museum of Art where they told me I couldn't video inside the museum but could take all the pictures I wanted while they video me the entire time. I don't get it. I guess you could say I'm still bothered.
