The Girl Who Swam the English Channel on maxTV Local on Demand

Meghan Chisholm wanted to do something with her year off after high school... so why not swim a channel. Although not the fastest swimmer and only being pool trained, Meghan's love of gliding through the water brought her to the English Channel, where against all odds... with the support of her family, her coach and her determined will... Meghan succeeded crossing the hazardous body of water that her grandfather defended in WWII only 70 years earlier. Meghan also succeeded in raising over $10,400 for Juvenile Diabetes Research.
