Walking the Docks at Elmwood Township Marina | Traverse City, Michigan

Come along with us for a late-afternoon walk through Elmwood Township Marina, located on West Grand Traverse Bay in Elmwood Township, Leelanau County—just outside of Traverse City, Michigan. We spent two nights at the marina aboard our vintage Ejvind 20 trawler, giving us time to explore its three docks, public launch area, and surrounding waterfront. Filmed around 4:00 p.m. on an overcast and breezy afternoon, the video also includes aerial views of the marina, breakwall, mooring field, along with a shoreline walk behind the neighboring CentrePointe Marina building. The aerial opening and closing feature music, while the walk itself has no narration—only the natural sounds of the Northern Michigan marina.
