TRIP REPORT | Qantas | Airbus A330-200 | Singapore - Melbourne | Economy

This video shows my experience onboard Qantas in economy class from Singapore Changi to Melbourne Airport. Check in was quick & boarding was orderly. Changi Airport has a lot of things to see & relax before a flight. The only negative thing really is that security is done at the gate which means you can't bring your own drinks into the gate area. However there is a water fountain in the gate area, should one need to refill one's bottle. Overall a pleasant flight with excellent crew and a fulfilling meal/beverage service considering it was a red-eye flight. The seat was comfortable, though there were no universal power outlets, just a USB charging port next to the IFE. The IFE was slow though it did have a good selection of entertainment. Free WiFi was sometimes available, though for example over the sea between Indonesia & Australia it didn't work. Date: February 2026 Flight number: QF38 Aircraft: Airbus A330-200 (VH-EBR)
