Stuttering John overheard Gary on the phone ordering a new water pick. His fifth in six years. Howard wanted to know how that's even possible. So he made Gary describe the entire nightly routine on the air, and it turns out to involve a shot glass, an eye dropper, baking soda, a peroxide paste, and something Gary himself calls the Baba Booey cocktail. His wife made him use a separate bathroom because of the noise. Howard's position: none of it is necessary and Gary simply doesn't know how to brush his teeth. Gary's position: he has a periodontal condition and his dentist told him to. So Howard tries to get Gary's own dentist on the phone. He won't come out of a patient's appointment.
