Target Shoplifter Caught Red-Handed with $600 in Stolen Merchandise

On September 1st, 2026, officers were dispatched to target after loss prevention reported a woman had walked past the final point of sale with more than $600 in unpaid merchandise after two payment cards were declined. This is footage of the events that followed.
