[TAS] sm64.z64 "any%" in 3:39.10

hello! haven't posted in a while! this TAS beats the previous TAS of sm64.z64, which was a 3:47 (mistimed to be 3:43), by Zerroz02. i plan on making an analysis video especially since the tech used in this TAS is not very known besides the few who speedran it during it's popularity.
