This video covers my first impressions, unboxing, setup, and first flights with the BETAFPV Air75 II V2 Analog Freestyle, my first tiny whoop FPV drone as I continue getting more comfortable flying FPV.
I started out flying the Air75 on BETAFPV LAVA 580mAh 1S batteries, using my RadioMaster Boxer with aluminum sticks for control. For the analog video system, I’m flying through my Skyzone 04X Pro FPV goggles with the TrueRC X-Air MK II patch antenna and Foxeer Lollipop 4+ omni that I recently added to improve my analog FPV setup.
In this video, I take a closer look at the Air75 II V2 out of the box, get everything ready to fly, and put it through its first freestyle flights. Since
I’m still progressing from simulator flying into more real-world FPV, I’m also paying attention to how this tiny whoop feels compared with the larger quads I’ve been flying, how the analog video performs, and how comfortable I feel with the Air75 on 1S power.
Current setup:
🚁 Drone: BETAFPV Air75 II V2 Analog Freestyle
🔋 Batteries: BETAFPV LAVA 580mAh 1S
🎮 Radio: RadioMaster Boxer w/ Aluminum Sticks
🥽 Goggles: Skyzone 04X Pro
📡 Patch Antenna: TrueRC X-Air MK II
📡 Omni Antenna: Foxeer Lollipop 4+
📺 Video: Analog FPV
As I continue improving, I’ll be documenting more Air75 flights, freestyle practice, tuning changes, analog video testing, crashes, repairs, and what I learn as I spend more time flying tiny whoops.
Thanks for following along as I keep progressing from simulator flying into real-world FPV flights!
