2007–2008 Acura TL Switchblade Key Repair

In this video, I show how I fixed the switchblade key on my 2007 Acura TL Type-S. The metal key blade was sticking out and wouldn't fold completely into the key fob. After looking into the issue, I found that the key blade itself was the culprit. I'll show you how I replaced it and got the switchblade mechanism working properly again. Note: This video focuses on the physical key blade repair. If you're replacing the entire key or fob, make sure the immobilizer transponder is retained or correctly programmed so the vehicle can start.
