Anpanman Museum—A Rainy Day in Yokohama

A rainy day in Yokohama, spent with our little family. Today, we're heading to the Anpanman Museum in Yokohama. Anna absolutely loves Anpanman, so we were excited to see how she'd react to seeing the characters in person. But when she finally came face-to-face with the real Anpanman, she was much more nervous than we expected. After spending some time playing in the ball pit, she slowly started to relax and enjoy herself. We also watched the Anpanman show, where Baikinman was dancing with more energy than we expected. After the museum, we headed out for lunch at Ikkaku, a chicken restaurant originally from Kagawa. On the way home, we made a quick stop at Nissan's headquarters and took a look around the showroom. Anna loves Anpanman, but seeing him up close was still a little too scary for her. I wonder if the day will come when she can finally give Anpanman a big hug. Maybe we'll come back again when she's a little older.
