Can You Beat Metal Gear Rising Without Parrying?

Can you beat Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance without parrying? I take on All the Unc's on Hard difficulty, Monsoon, Jetstream Sam and Senator Armstrong without relying on Raiden’s main defence. The rules: no voluntary parrying, dodging allowed. A cyborg ninja with a perfectly good sword, and I've decided defending myself with it is off the table. Sensible.
