FH12 Culinary Arts Practicum Informational Webinar

Prepare for the rollout of the revised Culinary Arts and Hospitality II Practicum course in this informational webinar for teachers and other CTE stakeholders. Participants will receive an overview of tentative course revisions, updates to the curriculum materials, and expectations for implementation of the Performance-based Measurement (PBM) as the course Proof of Learning. The session will highlight the revised course structure, proficiency expectations, PBM requirements, implementation timelines, and available resources and supports to help teachers plan for successful classroom implementation.
