Cycling from London to Brighton and back is a classic route every UK cyclist should try — and today, I’m taking it on once again. I first attempted this ride a few years ago as a beginner, and I’ll never forget how I had to walk up Ditchling Beacon because I didn’t have the legs… or the gears (shoutout to my old 8-speed Triban!).
