Switch 2 Exploit News: SmileBASIC 4 Opens the Door for Jailbreak!

SmileBASIC 4 missing from Nintendo eShop search? I show the News-channel route I used to purchase, install and launch it on my Nintendo Switch 2 with a US account on October 23, 2026. The route shown: News / Channel List / Search by Keyword / basic / SmileBASIC 4 News / Notice of Partial Service Restoration / Related Products. IMPORTANT: Gezine says SmileBASIC 4 is not strictly needed and advises against updating to the latest firmware just to get it. My console is on system version 23.0.1 and the app shown is version 4.4.9. Those are the versions demonstrated here, not a claim that every exploit or alternative requires them. Availability can change by time and region. This video demonstrates obtaining the app; it does not walk through installing a jailbreak.
