English you can fall asleep to. Emma tells Ryan about a calm Thursday at the travel agency: the bus to work, a coffee that her friend Mia remembers, a small birthday cake, a phone call from a client and lunch in the park. After every part, the most useful sentences come back slowly, more than once. You don't need to speak, and you don't need to remember anything. Just listen.
👉 Just listen and relax. If you're still awake at the end, tell us in the comments:
"___ always remembers ___."
