A Sketch in G for Orchestra - An homage to Ravel

My first attempt at an orchestral composition. Using Musescore 4 and Muse Sounds. Inspired by Ravel (Tombeau), Vaughan Williams, and Joe Hisaishi. IG: thadd.eus The structure of the opening motif was subconsciously inspired by Le Tombeau De Couperin, though pretty much by accident/unwittingly. It could be considered a variation of the aforementioned, and is definitely an homage to the brilliance of Ravel’s impressionistic style.
