Sea Trial: Rebel Belle - The Bertram 28 Custom

In this video: Tony, Corey, Frank, Justin and Tim take the Rebel Belle for a Sea Trial. The Rebel Belle is a highly custom vessel built by Seaboard Marine. We started with a long neglected Bertram 28 and gutted the boat to an empty hull. We added a tunnel, new stringers, tanks, deck, hatches, wheelhouse and more… All made from Glass over Foam. We dropped in a Cummins QSB 6.7 425hp Slimline with a ZF 85A Transmission. Instrumentation is our bullet proof SMX Seaview, some fancy NMEA 2K electronics with radar and fish finder. The result is a walk around fishing machine that can be easily trailered down to the launch the minute word is out about the yellow tail biting at the Channel Islands.
