Prince Harry’s latest legal loss has sparked speculation over what it will mean for him and Meghan Markle’s already “dwindling” popularity.
The Duke of Sussex lost a High Court challenge against the UK government over his security when in the country.
His lawyers had argued that he was “singled out” and “treated less favourably” in the decision to change the level of his taxpayer-funded personal security.
In 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made the decision to leave their jobs as working royals and move to the United States – as a result of that, their automatic police protection was taken away.
The UK’s High Court ruled that there was no unlawfulness in the decision.
Royal commentator Josh Rom joined Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power to discuss the High Court ruling.
