My client has been experiencing some neck and shoulder tension which has started to affect her turning, so today we’re doing a full physio-style appointment to see how she’s feeling and help her relax. We start with a consultation and movement assessment before checking different sensations and textures, followed by a gentle palpation, treatment plan and relaxing neck, shoulder and upper-back massage.
