Rosa Noctis - Existence | gothic metal

Rosa Noctis is a gothic music project, which translates as “rose of the night” in English. It experiments with different goth music subgenres (such as gothic metal, gothic rock, post-punk, atmospheric, darkwave, ebm) using original lyrics, visuals and sound effects. I embarked on this journey in 2024, driven by the vision to unite the music I love with lyrics that had been lying forgotten in a drawer for years. With no background in playing musical instruments, I turned to the help of artificial intelligence to breathe life into my ideas, turning them into melodies and finally giving my words a voice. My creative experiments take many forms. At times, I choose to let the music speak without words. In other compositions, I incorporate passages using my own voice, along with carefully selected sound effects that enhance the atmosphere and give each piece its own distinct character. Come with me on this dark and ever-changing journey — and take a glimpse into the soul of Rosa Noctis. 🥀🌙 A poem I wrote many years ago, which I thought was perfectly fit for my beloved, gothic metal genre... Like newborn stars, Immortal snowflakes in the drifting chaos of beauty, We find our colours, As our souls as pure as ice unfold, And an infinite realm awaits us, For tis the one and final purpose. II. Waters of memory awake, What an oblivious dream! Silent darkness, Shadowed conscience, Ancient chaos, Veins of life! Ethereal grace, Lead us home! Our secrets shall be free, And our return redeemed. III. We are the ones asked to tame the innocent flames when our guide is invisible. And their ashes, As slender omens of our deliverance, Shall be the seeds that will someday grow in the familiar lands of a new horizon. #goth #gothic #gothicmusic #gothmusic #gothicmetal #symphonicmetal
