Diving Rasdhoo Maldives | Epic Shark Action at Madivaru Corner 4K

Rasdhoo Atoll in the Maldives – a world-class diving destination famous for its wild currents and incredible pelagic action! At the heart of it all lies the legendary Madivaru Corner, an underwater ridge known for delivering some of the most intense marine life encounters in the Indian Ocean. During this trip, Madivaru Corner gave us the ultimate shark experience! We were surrounded by massive schools of Gray Reef Sharks patrolling the drop-off, thrilling close encounters with elusive Silvertip Sharks, and majestic Eagle Rays gliding effortlessly through the current. Beyond the adrenaline-pumping shark action, the reef was buzzing with life, featuring curious Napoleon Wrasse, giant trevallies, and vibrant coral formations. Rasdhoo is fast, wild, and packed with ocean giants – an absolute bucket-list destination for any shark lover! All footage was captured with my GoPro 9 Hero, paired with the AOI UWL-03 wide-angle lens and two X-LIGHT M8000 lights – perfect for capturing the deep blue backdrop, massive shark aggregations, and wide reef sceneries.
