Lakshmi Principle And The Power of Mahalakshmi | Shri Mataji Speech Today I told you about the importance of Lakshmi principle within us and the three processes through which we pass. The whole idea of celebrating Diwali is to understand that, in us, Lakshmi has become Mahalakshmi. And by that we have so many powers of which we are not aware. The whole thing is to purify. You have the power to purify. You can purify others by talking to them, by touching them, and by looking at them. One person who is a Realized soul purifies the whole atmosphere. You can quench the spiritual thirst of people, give spiritual nourishment, dissolve their ego and superego, and bring balance within yourself. We should inculcate purity within ourselves as our own achievement, our own decoration, and our own beauty. We should have clean and pure thoughts, without arrogance, aggression or fear. Humility is different from being frightened. If you believe that God is above all and that He is going to look after you, what is there to be afraid of? Purity is the most important thing for us. We should respect ourselves and others, maintain the purity of relationships, and respect human dignity. You have to decorate another’s life, make it beautiful, enjoyable and happy. Respect and love bring trust, and trust must be maintained. We have to dedicate ourselves to our purification and glorification. The qualities of Mahalakshmi within us should be reflected in our lives. We should be pure, transparent, honest and dignified. As Sahaja Yogis, we must understand our powers and allow this purity to grow within our hearts.
