Lert Bakery have been selling for 68year now(2022). The current owner is the 2nd generation taking over from his father. The classic thai chiffon cake thats grilled with bottom and top hot charcoal with butter filled in the chiffon is just a perfect combination of taste and aroma. This have to be one of the best thai chiffon we have ever tried. Everytime we get to visit Songkla, Thailand we make sure not to miss Lert Bakery Chiffon Cake. The shop opens everyday 365 days a year so that anyone traveling from other place don't miss out. There is only two branch of the shop all others are not of the current owner.
