In this video, we're taking a look at the Sydney suburb of Double Bay, home to the most exclusive shopping precinct in Sydney, and possibly Australia. We start this walk at the busy thoroughfare of New South Head Rd, and make our way to Bay St, which takes us into the centre of Double Bay. After passing the Royal Oak Hotel, we see the Christmas decorations on Guilfoyle Square, before moving on to Knox St. We take a short cut at Goldman Lane, and then see an inordinate number of cosmetic surgeries and homeware stores along Transvaal Ave. Passing the Intercontinental Hotel on Cross St, we proceed to Ocean St, which takes us all the way to Sydney Harbour past Steyne Park. We see some skiffs at Double Bay Yacht Club, then walk along Double Bay Wharf before ending up at secluded Double Bay Beach. We finish this walk by returning to New South Head Rd, outside The Golden Sheaf pub.
