Then it’s time to reset my desk and get ready for work, with a quiet coffee break on the patio along the way. For lunch, I make a simple fresh salad, enjoy a little break, and then get everything cleaned up before continuing the day. Later, it’s bath time for Niko — our weekly little adventure that always comes with plenty of fun. And finally, we end the day in the kitchen, making a comforting homemade tuna lasagne for dinner.
