Al-Fatiha: The Surah That Heals a Snake Bite (And So Much More)

You recite Surah Al-Fatiha at least seventeen times a day — every day, for your whole life. The Prophet, peace be upon him, called it the greatest surah in the Qur'an. And here's the part that should stop you cold: it isn't a speech you deliver, it's a conversation. You say a line, and Allah answers it — right there, in your salah. What you'll discover in this video: ✅ Why the Prophet, peace be upon him, called Al-Fatiha "the greatest surah in the Qur'an" ✅ When it was revealed — and why there's no single dramatic revelation story behind it ✅ Why it came down: the pagan formula it quietly replaced ✅ Its other names — Umm al-Qur'an, Al-Kanz, Ash-Shafiya, Ar-Ruqya — and what each one means ✅ The real hadith story of a snake bite healed by reciting it ✅ The surah's hidden structure: 7 verses, 3 movements — who Allah is, the hinge, and the one thing worth asking for ✅ Why Allah answers you, line by line, every single time you pray it 📖 Islamic References (Sahih International & Sahih al-Bukhari): • Qur'an 1:1 — "In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful." • Qur'an 1:2 — "[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds -" • Qur'an 1:3 — "The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful," • Qur'an 1:4 — "Sovereign of the Day of Recompense." • Qur'an 1:5 — "It is You we worship and You we ask for help." • Qur'an 1:6 — "Guide us to the straight path -" • Qur'an 1:7 — "The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned [Your] anger or of those who are astray." • Sahih Muslim 395a — "I have divided the prayer into two halves between Me and My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks." • Sahih al-Bukhari 4474 — "...a Sura which is the greatest Sura in the Qur'an... it is the seven repeatedly recited verses, and the Grand Qur'an which has been given to me." • Sahih al-Bukhari 5736 — "How do you know that Surat al-Fatiha is a Ruqya?
