I Tried DIY Gold Plating at Home.. Here's What Happened

Not every experiment ends up perfect, but I’m really happy with how this one turned out—and I’m sure it won’t be the last! If you want to try gold electroplating at home, I encourage you. These are the tools that I used: Transistor Gold liquid for gold plated -1 gram of gold in 250ml Steel mesh -this can be done with anything stainless steel so you don't have to have an additional purchase Glass jar -obviously I recycle from the jumbo peanut butter that I just finished the day before and Silver pieces that you want to plate -this also works with other than silver but on my end I used silver Goodluck and happy trying!
