The $5,000 start-from-scratch challenge is turning into a real farm — and we’re finally taking our first major step toward the BUTCHER EMPIRE. We came to Ray County, Missouri with nothing but a truck, $5,000, and one massive goal: build a complete farm-to-table butcher operation from the ground up. In Part 1, contracts helped us scrape together enough money to buy our first land and equipment. In Part 2, everything starts to change.
