Focus 50 years @ Openlucht theater Valkenburg

Special for Appie Weijers - Focus the Band.... After 50 years, still great to see how those men rock the stage.... Fred van Leer - Vocals, Flute, Hammond Organ Pierre van der Linden - Drums Menno Gootjes - Guitar Udo Pannekeet - Bassguitar Fun Fact: Udo's flight was delayed! He would miss the first part of the concert. Due to a storm at the open-air-stage in Valkenburg (Netherlands), the show was delayed for minimum 45 minutes. Thijs and Menno started a really long introduction of the concert and that made it that Udo was just in time for his part... At 9 minutes you'll see him plugging in his bassguitar. After a little warm-up of the complete band stepped up a nudge and really rocked the stage. The weather changed and the whole show it was "dry". Until the last drumsolo from Pierre. A cloudburst made everyone rush to a dry spot....... Let Focus take you on a almost 2 hour journey of prog-rock.... This was my first concert I'd filmed....
