This time, I'm bringing you the "how it would be" in a very special way. This is my first gameplay of a project that I'm not involved in. GBFan45 was my friend, so in a way I was still involved, because he gave me a lot of his work to keep. But now we have a different gameplay, it's about the Famicom CD project called "Super Mario Bros. CD". Obviously you've probably heard about it somewhere. It's a really cool project that portrays what it would be like if "Super Mario Bros." had a new game in a "CD" format back in the NES era during the 80s. Maybe how a game should have sounded back then but the limitation prevented it from having unlimited music. With the help of the Super Mario World engine on the SNES, SMBCD Team and Famicom CD made the magic happen, using the "MSU-1" chip that I've already used here on the channel. It allows the SNES to play high-quality music and videos, something similar to what would be done on the "Super Nintendo CD". This is my gameplay playing for the first time. In this same video that I recorded, I was getting to know all the stages firsthand, without knowing what would await me. So I played without training. (Casual play) In my opinion, the game has something very interesting, new mechanics that are really fun, and so when it's released, I'll be playing it again. I just don't know if I'll post this in full series on the channel, because my focus on the channel is only gameplay series of my projects. Anyway, that's all for today. Attention! One more video to keep the channel active. And stay tuned to the channel! My next release is close to happening, possibly in a few days you'll already be playing it. Until next time! These are non-profit projects made by fans. Super Mario Bros. and characters are (c) of Nintendo 2025 This project is an "SMW Hack", a modification of Super Mario World on the SNES. It wasn't made by me and I'm not involved in the project. I just made a gameplay of it. Credits: All credits to the SMBCD Team and Famicom CD, authors of the project. And WH0REHAY for the cover art.
