How I Ended Up Crying Over a Mistake as an Entry-level Planner 😭

I made an error during a bylaw amendment process, had to go through the process again, and then discovered another issue that meant we had to start over once more. 😭 But as stressful as it was, the experience taught me some very important lessons about taking responsibility, asking questions, double-checking your work, and remembering that making a mistake doesn't mean you're bad at your job.
