At Amb Sharif, we first visit the shrine of Hazrat Sakhi Muhammad Ibrahim, and then continue towards the ancient temples hidden in the mountains. These historic temples are believed to date back more than 1,000 years and are associated with the Hindu Shahi period. The site contains remarkable ancient architecture, temple remains, and a fort-like complex surrounded by the mountains of the Salt Range.
